i) Reverend Joshua Symonds of Bedford, minister or pastor of a Congregation of Protestants etc., Thomas Palmer, gentleman, Stephen Odell, Gentleman, Daniel Negus and Jonathan Negus, woolstaplers, Richard Smith alias Lyon, butcher, Thomas Rush, grocer, all of Bedford, and William Maulden of Mogerhanger, yeoman, who have survived William Wilsher late of Bedford, innholder, and Ebenezer Custerson of Cardington, yeoman, deceased.
ii) Robert Castleman, bricklayer, Edward Wells, baker, John Kilpin, whitesmith, William Smith, butcher, John Whiteman of Cardington, blacksmith, William Negus, shopkeeper, John Faldoe of Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, yeoman, Richard Furness, barber, John Langley, tailor, and Amos Bass of Stagsden, butcher. All of Bedford unless otherwise described.
consideration: 10s. apiece paid by ii) to i), i) grant to ii)
- messuage or tenement with garden thereto belonging in Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, etc. as in HT1/10/3 & 4, but now in the occupation of Joshua Symonds.
