    "Meeting of the Congregation or Society of Protestants Dissenting from the Church of England commonly called lndependants or Congregationalists holding mixt Communion with those who scruple the Baptizing of lnfants commonly called Baptists, who statedly assemble on the Lords day for the exercise of Divine Worship at their Meeting house in or near to Mill Lane in the parishes of Saint Paul and Cuthbert or one of them in the Town of Bedford... held at the said Meeting house on Thursday the fourteenth day of July 1774" Concerning the re-making of the trust deeds for the properties belonging to the Congregation, and the appointment of new trustees, details as follows: - Meeting house in Mill Lane, Bedford, with the Vestry room and Burying ground adjoining and belonging thereto - messuage, tenement or dwelling house and garden in Bedford, in the occupation of Joshua Symonds, the Minister or Pastor of the Congregation - several closes, pieces or parcels of land (together about 85 acres) in Thurleigh, Colmworth, and Eaton Socon, now or late in the occupation of Richard Ward, Robert Jefferies, their undertenants or assigns. NOW William Maulden, one of the trustees, having "lately withdrawn himself with other Separatists from the Congregation", it was resolved that Daniel Negus, Joshua Symonds, Thomas Palmer, Stephen Odell, Richard Smith, Jonathan Negus, Thomas Rush and William Maulden (the existing trustees) should convey the properties to Robert Castleman, Edward Wells, John Kilpin, William Smith, John Whiteman, William Negus, John Faldoe, Richard Furness, John Langley and Amos Bass in trust to the use of Daniel Negus, Thomas Palmer, Stephen Odell, Richard Smith, Jonathan Negus, Thomas Rush, Robert Castleman, Edward Wells, John Kilpin. William Smith, John Whiteman, William Negus, John Faldoe Richard Furness, John Langley, and Amos Bass To hold to uses declared.
