Parties: (i) Mid Bedfordshire District Council (ii) Edward Horace Shrive and wife Elsa Elizabeth Shrive, both of Millbrook Equitation Centre, Millbrook (iii) Gateway Building Society (iv) National Westminster Bank Limited Recites: - mortgage dated 14 October 1977 between (ii) and (iii) - mortgage dated 2 September 1980 between (ii) and (iv) -planning application referecne no.MB74/1235B dated 18 February 1980 for "staff dwelling in conection with the Riding School and Livery Stables" shown on attached plan. Agreement - (i) will issue conditional planning permission for erection fo a staff dwelling - (ii) will covenant that occupation will be limited to a member of staff of (or the owner of) Millbrook Equitation Centre - (iii) and (iv) consent to this agreement Condistions of planning permission: - development to begin before 24 June 1983 - no trees to be felled or shrubs or hedges cut down without approval - occupation to be limited to a member of staff of Millbrook Equitation Centre or a dependant or such a person residing with him
