In consideration of £110 paid by 2) to 1), 1) conveys to 2) for the rest of his natural life in trust for Benjamin Johnson and his assigns and after the determination of his estate so limited in use to the said Robert Henry Gibbon. - messuage now divided into two tenements with appurtenances in the parish of St Cuthbert, formerly in the occupation of Thomas Sweatman and now in the several occupations of John Pennyfather and Lucy Phillips, widow. East a messuage in the occupation of Jonathan Stevens, West and South farmyard and premises formerly of William Parker and Richard Parker but now of Daniel Attack, North the common street. Covenant to raise a fine. Signed with the mark of John Pennyfather, Judith Pennyfather and R H Gibbon. Endorsed with receipt.
