Appoints Barclays Bank Limited and his wife Mary Elizabeth Fyson as executors. Gives household goods, furniture and effects to his wife. Income to be paid from residual estate to his wife for her life. Thereafter capital to be divided equally between: - daughter Ethel Woods, wife of Gerald Woods - granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Woods - grandson Philip Thorpe Woods Directs: - wife to reside in his dwelling house as long as she thinks fit - executors may postpone sale of any part of estate - if income from estate does not reach £260 in a year executors may sell part of estate to make annual income payable to his wife up to this amount. Died 29 November 1940; proved in DPR Lewes on 10 March 1941.
