1) William Parker of Bedford, baker and Richard Parker of Bedford, baker, two of the sons and devisees named in the will of William Parker, deceased. 2) Thomas Parker of Woburn, surgeon. In consideration of £60 paid by 2) to 1) - Messuage now divided into two tenements with appurtenances in the Parish of St Cuthbert, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of Humphrey Merrill, then James Bramblin, since Joseph Reeves, late of Catherine Radwell and now of Thomas Swetman and Henry Clarke. East - messuage formerly in tenure of Widow Emery, then Isaac Emery since John Church and to - Button, widow West and South - the farm yard and premises late of the said William Parker deceased and now of the said William Parker and Richard Parker, North - the common street or highway being on or towards the north part therefof.
