The whole property fronting towards the East and extending towards the street 50 feet :S. and W. Harpur's Hospital and the garden and orchard belonging thereto :N. house and garden formerly of Richard Lovesey, now of Betty Watkins Covenant to produce deeds listed in schedule, viz: a - 31 Jan. 1766.
