Appoints sister Sarah Annie Fraser executrix and sole beneficiary.
If Sarah Annie Fraser predeceases her then:
- appoints Catherine Edith Hadley as executrix and trustee
- gives £100 to Elizabeth Louise Parsons of Toronto
- gives nephew James Dyton Fraser the grandfather clock in her sitting room, the oil painting of her great-grandfather John Thomson, her gramophone, record cabinet and all her gramophone records
- gives niece Lorraine Margaret Annie Harvey her piano, radio set, and all linen, cutlery, china and glassware
- half residue of estate to be divided between brother James Etches Fraser and niece Lorraine Margaret Annie Harvey
- other half residue of estate to be divided between sister-in-law Cissie Beatrice Fraser and nephew James Dyton Fraser
