    - to brother Stephen Odell of Goldington, yeoman, and to brother in law John Smith of Bedford, butcher, messuage or tenement in Angel Street, Bedford, late in the occupation of Daniel Fowler, and now of testator's mother [Martha] Odell, and a butcher's shop in Butcher Row, Bedford, in the occupation of testator, and all lands, tenements etc. in Goldington which were conveyed for use of testator and his heirs by John Whitbread and Richard Walford, both of Goldington Makes Stephen Odell and John Smith his executors, and further bequeaths to them all his goods, chattels, and personal estate. IN TRUST to sell all his personal estate and sufficient of his real estate to pay his funeral charges and to discharge his debts, especially £10 with interest due to Francis Brace of Bedford, and then to dispose of the residue of the estate for the benefit of daughter Frances. lf Frances died unmarried, then the residue to be paid to son William. lf Frances die unmarried and William die without issue, then the residue to be paid to brother Stephen Odell, he paying to Hannah Smith (sister of testator and wife of John Smith) £100 to be disposed of among her children. £5 each to sisters Ruth Read and Mary Bellamy. £10 to sister Rebecca Odell. £10 to children of late sister ... Sansome, to be divided equally among them. Devises guardianship of both children Frances and William to mother witnesses: F. Brace Richard Yarnton Gilbert Tall Junior John Taylor
