    Parties: (i) Bovril Limited (ii) The West Hertfordshire Main Drainage Authority Operative part: - (i) sells property (a) to (ii) for £78,000 subject to easements, rights and covenants as shown in Schedule Property: (a) Lymead Farm, Millbrook, consisting of 352.503 acres in parishes of Millbrook and Marston Moretaine with farmhouse, farm buildings and cotages erected thereon, as shown on enclosed plan Schedule: - right of owner of Chequers Inn, Millbrook to use a drainage tank in Field O.S. No.44 with right of access to maintain and renew the tank - rights of Government in respect of oil pipiline shown on plan - rights of Ampthill Rural District Council in respect of water main shown on plan, with benefit of an annual payment of 8s 4d to (ii) - a ground bed installation in Field O.S. No.23 for cathodic protection of the oil pipe line in favour of the minister of Works, with full right for the Minister to erect an overhead electricity cable supported by 6 poles - a wayleave for 2 Central Electricity Generating Board pylons in Fields O.S. Nos. 19 and 20, with benefit of annual payment of £10 15s 6d to (ii) - wayleaves for 8 Eastern Electricity Board poles and 4 stays, with benefit of annual payments of £3 11s 0d to (ii) - a notice dated 4 April 1966 served by the Buckinghamshire Water Board of their intention to lay a 30 inch water pipe across the property - covenant as contained in coveyance dated 9 October 1957 (X948/2/MIL/4/2)
