Parties: (i) Hon. Victor Alexander Frederick Villiers Russell, Angus Chambers Lyell and Owen Johnston Humbert (ii) Bovril Limited Reciting: - death of Hastings William Sackville 12th Duke of Bedford on 9 October 1953 and probate of his will dated 8 December 1953 - deeds as recorded in Schedule Operative part: - (i) sells property (a) and (b) to (ii) for £15,750 - shooting rights reserved to (i) and shooting tenant of (i) - right to use a drainage tank in Field O.S. No. 44 reserved to owner of the Chequers Inn, Millbrook, with right of access to maintain and renew the tank - rights in respect of oil pipe line as shown on attached plan reserved to the Government - rights in respect of water main shown on plan reserved to Ampthill Rural District Council, who are to make annual payment of 8s 4d to (ii) Property: (a) 352.503 acres of land in parishes of Millbrook and Marston Moretaine, as shown on attached plan (b) Farmhouse, farm buildings, and cottages known as 1, 2, and 3 Lyemead Cottages together known as Lyemead Farm, Millbrook Habendum - (ii) to hold property in fee simple Covenant - (ii) not to obstruct flow of water through any stream, ditch or watercourse flowing through or adjoining the property, and to clean them when necessary Schedule: - vesting deed dated 30 April 1926 between (1) Victor Alexander Frederick Villiers Russell and Frederick William Fane, and (2) Herbrand, 11th Duke of Bedford - probate of will of Herbrand 11th Duke of Bedford dated 11 December 1940 - vesting assent dated 3 July 1942 between (i) above and Hastings William Sackville, 12th Duke of Bedford - statutory declaration by Owen Johnston Humbert dated 16 July 1942 regarding loss of deeds - duplicate release dated 29 April 1953 between (1) Glyn Mills & Co. and (2) Hastings William Sackville, 12th Duke of Bedford - probate of will of 12th Duke of Bedford dated 8 December 1953
