    (I) Vesting deed dated 30 April 1926 Parties: (1) Victor Alexander Frederick Villiers Russell and Frederick William Fane (Trustees) (2) Herbrand, 11th Duke of Bedford Reciting: (A) Death of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford on 14th May 1861 and his will dated 7 May 1861 setting up trusts under which 11th Duke became tenant for life on death without issue of his brother George William Francis Sackville, 10th Duke of Bedford (B) Recital with regard to the personal estate of the Duke (C) Properties purchased by William, 8th Duke of Bedford which were conveyed to Trustees of the 7th Duke's will (D) Death of 8th Duke on 26th May 1872 and his will dated 12th July 1870. (E) Indenture of disentail dated 24 February 1910 between (1) Hastings William Sackville Russell, Marquis of Tavistock, eldest son of the 11st Duke; (2) 11th Duke; (3) Rowland Edmund Prothero in respect of property devised by 7th Duke's will (F) Not material to this abstract (G) Indenture dated 26 February 1910 between (1) 11th Duke; (2) Marquis of Tavistock; (3) Sir W. Humbert (Trustees) and (3) Glyn Mills & Co, bankers Reciting: - abstracting deed supplemental to mortgage dated 29 July 1939 in respect of land in London - death of 11th Duke and probate of his will - abstracting vesting assent (I) - £400,000 still owing to bank on security of above mortgage - agreement for further advance £2,000,000 Operative part: - £2,000,000 paid by (1) at request of (3) to (2) - all freehold property in London, Bucks, Herts, Beds, Northants, Hunts, Lincs and elsewhere as described in Principal Vesting Deed (I) above not otherwise disposed of above charged under the mortgage (IX) Deed of Further Charge dated 3 May 1950 between (1) Hastings William Sackville, 12th Duke of Bedford, (2) V.
