[John Taylor left his property in Angel Street to John Stockdale of Bedford, salesman, in trust for the use of his nephew John Leach and his heirs, or in default of such to his nephew Randall Leach and his children. Notes in the abstract of title show that John Leach died a bachelor on 28 July 1754, and that Randall Leach married Martha Knott at Sandy on 9 June 1748, by whom he had several children of which John Leach (party to HT1/6/7 was the eldest.
