Agreement relating to supply of water to a pond in the garden of the Old Rectory, Millbrook

Parties: (i) Honourable Victor Alexander Frederick Villiers Russell of 2 Harcourt Buildings, Temple, City of London; Angus Chambers Lyell of 22 Old Broad Street, City of London; and Owen Johnston Humbert of 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray's Inn, solicitor (the Trustees) by their steward Peter Stainer of the Bedford office in the parish of Woburn (ii) Alan Thurstan Williams of the Old Rectory, Millbrook Operative part: - (i) as owners of the wood abutting south and west of the Old Rectory Grounds and of the book running through as shown on the attached plan grant (ii) the right to repair a water carrier on an existing brick arch over the brook and divert the upper water from the wood to a pond in the Old Rectory grounds - easement granted for term of one year from 29 September 1955 or until agreement terminated by either party by one month's notice - (ii) to pay annual rent of 5 shillings to (i) Covenant: - (ii) will maintain the brick arch and water carrier at his own cost and will not allow it to block the brook, and will not alter the structure of the existing water carrier without the consent of (i)
