    i) William Lawrence of Bedford, draper, and Alice his wife, and Richard Lawrence, citizen and Merchant Taylor of London ii) William Heynes of Bedford, innholder, and Ann his wife iii) George Skelton of Bedford, baker consideration: £50 paid by iii) to William and Richard Lawrence, they grant to iii) - two messuages or tenements lying together in Sheeps Cheaping alias Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, now or late in the occupation of Joane Lawrence, widow, or her assigns :W. a yard or plot of ground lately purchased by iii) of i) :E. Angel Street :N. tenement of William Blewett in the occupation of Richard Peacock :S. messuage lately purchased by iii) of the said William Lawrence Covenant to levy fine before the end of Easter term next of the premises above, jointly with ii) Whereas: iii) had bought of William Lawrence and Richard Lawrence for £83, - one other messuage or tenement lying on the south part of the said two messuages i) promise to iii) that they will levy a fine of premises with ii) whereas: iii) had bought of William Heynes for £50 - messuage or tenement in Wells Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford wherein iii) now lives ii) promise to levy fine of premises Clause of warranty against i) and John Kirke of Finchley, Middlesex, butcher. William Lawrence and Ann his wife, Richard Lawrence, and John Kirke to execute all further lawful acts etc. to assure the messuages to iii) for seven years after the death of Joane Lawrence. witnesses: Thomas Christie Michael King seals: five on tags. signatures: W.
