    i) Betty Watkins of Bedford, spinster ii) Master, Governors and Trustees of the Bedford Charity consideration: £160 paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii) - three messuages or tenements with appurtenances adjoining together and situate on the west side of Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, lately purchased with a garden, yard and gateway by i) from William Long of Bedford, brewer, by conveyance dated 27/28 March 1801. Formerly in the occupation of Edward Cook, Mary Franklin, widow, and Thomas Reynolds, late of Edward Allison, Elizabeth Pollard and William Cooper, and now of Henry Taylor, John Coness and Thomas Nottingham.
