    Jemima Yorke, nee Campbell, (1722-1797), Marchioness Grey and Baroness Lucas (suc.1740), daughter of John Campbell, later 3rd Earl Breadalbane,and Amabel Grey. She married Philip Yorke in 1740, he later became 2nd Earl Hardwicke (suc.1764, died 1790). Jemima and Philip had two daughters: Amabel (1751-1833) and Mary Jemima (1757-1830). Amabel later became Baroness Lucas, cr. Countess de Grey 1816; married Alexander Hume-Campbell, Lord Polwarth in 1772, he died 1781. Mary Jemima married Thomas Robinson, 2nd Baron Grantham (died 1786), and had three sons.

    Transcripts or extracts of these have been made into 9 volumes by her daughter Amabel (Q.V.) and are addressed to Lady Mary Gregory, Catherine Talbot (Dictionary of National Biography - DNB) and Mary Yorke (her youngest daughter).
