    Parties: (i) John Hugo Russell Baron Ampthill, Jocelyn Francis Tichborne Nangle and Douglas James Watherston Dryburgh (ii) Arthur Edwin Bayntun, Leonard Champkin, Elizabeth Whiteside, John Lennox Currie, John Terrence Wenham, David Oliver Woodward, Peter Spencer and Alfred Roland Wiseman: the present Trustees of the Woburm Almshouse Charity Reciting: - A vesting deed dated 11 January 1961 between Owen Johnston Humbert and John Hugo Russell Baron Ampthill (1) and Owen Johnston Humbert and (i) (2) the (a) was vested in (2) in fee simple - Owen Johnston Humbert died on the 7th of March 1965 -The Woburm Almshouse Charity is regulated by a 1762 Act of Parliament, as affected by a Scheme of the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales of 6 June 1968 - The said Scheme provided that the Trustees may accept a conveyance of land from the Trustees of the Bedford Settled Estate and rent arising from those properties Operative Part: (i) conveys to (ii) (a) except and reserved (b), subject to existing tenancies Property: (a) Land at Lidlington, known as Lidlington Fields, as shown on annexed plan A, in the tenancy of T Miller (b) Land at Steppingley as shown on annexed plan B in the tenancy of Steppingley Parish Council Note – this photocopy is missing some of the lower lines, and although most have been hand-written in, the document still appears incomplete.
