Considers that Bedford Modern School is not likely to have a chance of taking over the other buildings for another year or two; at that point the question of the 'two elevenths' could come up incidentally in connection with increased accommodation. Until the County Council has built a new secondary modern school, Bedford Modern School cannot take over the old premises [Harpur Secondary Modern School] If the Harpur trust Governors give notice to the County Council to quit the buildings, they (the Harpur Trust) may have to provide alternative premises.
