Mr Gibbins
The following is a report on (name witheld) conduct in the in the shop for some considerable time.
He was insulting to men in the shop, also to his foreman & on one occassion when P chastised him for wasting his time, he asked me why I didn't get a whip.
On the second instance (this month) he swore at a man because the man was doing too much work.
Monday 6th inst., I wanted some valves turned out for shipment, he hung on the job.
Tuesday 7th inst., he swore at the foreman, and said he would swear at me if I came near him.
On the 8th inst. he carried on at a man, and the man was going to leave over the affair.
I could not under the present circumstances afford to lose a good man for (name witheld)
Hence his dismissal.
