    1) John Pratt, Totternhoe, farmer and wife Charlotte 2) George Pratt, Berkhamsted Common, Hertfordshire, farmer 3) Hannah Pratt, Totternhoe, spinster 4) Maria Pratt, Totternhoe, spinster Reciting X647/68/1 and the death of Sarah Olney on 8 January 1848 leaving John, George, Hannah and Maria Pratt surviving her, and that 3) and 4) have contracted with 1) and 2) for the purchase of their 2 undivided fourth parts of the property for £400 CONVEYANCE by 1) and 2) to 3) and 4) for £400 of their shares in: - cottage or tenement where Michael Mouse once lived and where Gabriel Snoxell afterwards lived, late in the occupation of John and Hannah Snoxell, now of William Kingston, in Totternhoe, called Wells’ House abutting on the Common Green south - close of pasture 1 acre in which messuage stands - 3 acres arable near messuage - Bidwell Hole 1 acre at north west end of piece of arable all late in the occupation of John Olney - 3 cottages or tenements lately erected by Sarah Olney deceased on part of the close of pasture and near the beforementioned messuage, now in the tenures of James Brinklow, Richard Holland and William Kempson - 7 pieces of arable land making 6 acres 1 rood by estimation LANG FURLONG or MIDDLE FIELD - 1 acre abutting into Dunstable Highway - 1 acre hitherto described as 2 single half acres - 3 half acres on Lobthorne furlong HORSHAMILL FIELD - 1 acre lying next to land once Mrs Ashwell, abutting east into Wellhead Way PINFOLD or GREAT FIELD - 1 acre in Burn furlong - a headrood shooting on Coxton Hill - half acre shooting up Coxton Hill - 1 acre meadow at Stordie abutting east on Common HUNGER HILL FIELD - half acre arable on Hunger Hill
