Reciting the will of Thomas Stonell dated 5 March 1830 which was proved by Sarah Stonell, Totternhoe, his widow, on 20 June 1831 by which he left all his property to his wife for life, and on her death to whoever she shall appoint of the blood and kindred of either himself or of Sarah, in default of any appointment by her, the property to be divided between his 10 cousins, the brothers and sisters of his wife, that is Richard, William, James, Samuel, John and George Pratt, Mary wife of Wood Pearson of Eaton Bray, miller, Fanny, wife of Thomas Ellingham of Eaton Bray, farmer, Hannah and Maria Pratt, spinsters; Reciting that Richard Pratt died without issue Appointment by Sarah Stonell of property on her death to the use of her own children, in default to the use of Thomas Pratt (the elder brother of Sarah Stonell) and the other surviving brothers and sisters Clause to allow revocation
