    1) John Snoxell, Totternhoe, husbandman, eldest son and heir of Gabriel Snoxell late of Totternhoe, deceased, which Gabriel Snoxell was son and heir of Gabriel Snoxell the elder, late of Totternhoe, yeoman, deceased and a devisee in his will 2) John Miller, Dunstable, gentleman MORTGAGE (Conveyance by Lease and release) by 1) to 2) in consideration of £25 8s already owing to 2) as executor of his father John Miller of Dunstable, esquire, deceased, by an indenture of 25 August 1760 (X647/41) and in consideration of an additional £85 12s - a messuage with appurtenances where Richard Mouse once lived and where Gabriel Snoxell afterwards lived in Totternhoe called Wells’s House abutting south on the Common Green - a close of 1 acre wherein the said messuage stands next to the tenement and ground formerly of Richard Gadbury deceased then Gabriel Snoxell now Thomas Munn on the east -
