to wife Deborah Bonicke for life - cottage with appurtenances in Totternhoe now in the tenure of William Tumbleton, with a close of pasture ground adjoining, containing by estimation 4 acres, now in the occupation of the testator - 5 acres arable land in my own occupation on wife’s death the above to go to son William Bonicke and heirs charged with £50 to daughter Ann Bonicke To daughter Ann Bonicke £50 out of personal estate at age 21 If son and daughter predecease wife leaving no issue then property to wife absolutely, charged with £5 to testator’s brother Jeremiah Bonicke and £5 10s to his sister Mary Cooke Wife sole executrix Witnesses John Olney, Frances Hudman, Robert Paddon made 13 September 1741, proved Archdeaconry of Bedford 4 October 1741
