1) The salaries be brought within the Burnham Scale (notes method by which this can be done) 2) That 1) be achieved by terminating existing contracts at the end of summer term 1930, and entering into new contracts. 3) No allowances be awarded without the Governors' approval, and no staff employed in the future to be paid a salary above the scale.
