- church, steeple and churchyard of late monastery of Chicksands
- messuages, houses, barns, stables, dovehouses, fishings, orchards, appleyards and gardens thereto belonging
- the demesne lands of late monastery
- house called the “Dairie house” of the late monastery
- closes lying within the lordship of Chicksands called Oxeclose, Bowclose and Mareclose
- three little closes or low meadows lying between Bedlowe and Cockshott Close; with free warren on all aforesaid premises
- the lordship and Manor of Chicksands alias Chixsand and all tithes of and in the lands of the said late monastery in Chicksands and Dean
- woods called Inwood (30 acres), Lordes Wood (40 acres) and Appley Wood (40 acres)
