    i) Thomas Egerton, esquire, Solicitor General and Thomas Owen of Lincoln’s Inn, Middlesex, esquire ii) Hugh Broughton of London, preacher; William Fowler of Harnedg Graung, County Salop, esquire; Francis Blith and Ambrose Rowse, esquires iii) Peter and John Osborne ASSIGNMENT by i) to hold to ii) for residue of terms on trust to permit iii) to enjoy said premises, chargeable with annuity of £240 to Ann wife of Peter Osborne - house and site of late monastery of Chicksand alias Chixsand alias Chicksands - church, steeple and churchyard of late monastery of Chicksands - messuages, houses, barns, stables, dovehouses, fishings, orchards, appleyards and gardens thereto belonging - the demesne lands of late monastery - house called the “Dairie house” of the late monastery - closes lying within the lordship of Chicksands called Oxeclose, Bowclose and Mareclose - three little closes or low meadows lying between Bedlowe and Cockshott Close; with free warren on all aforesaid premises - the lordship and Manor of Chicksands alias Chixsand and all tithes of and in the lands of the said late monastery in Chicksands and Dean - woods called Inwood (30 acres), Lordes Wood (40 acres) and Appley Wood (40 acres) Witnesses: John Marsham; Thomas Edwardes; Richard Reynell; Joseph Wingfeild; William Wellington
