appoints the Reverend John King Martyn and son, the Reverend John Martyn Longmire, as executors,
To John King Martyn, £50,
To brother, the Reverend Thomas Martyn, rector of Pertenhall, 10 guineas,
To his wife, Mrs Martha Martyn, 10 guineas,
To the Reverend John King of Pertenhall, 5 guineas,
To each of godchildren, Thomas Martyn, Jane Martyn, John Martyn Longmire junior and John Pope, 5 guineas,
To daughter in law, Mary Longmire, satin wood desk with trinkets contained in it, large India cabinet with the china upon it which stands in the little study at Staughton,
To granddaughter, Jane Martyn, little inlaid cabinet with emerald earings and such trinkets as are found in it at time of testators death;
To the Reverend Joseph Hall, Rector of Bartlow, 5 guineas for a ring or other memorial of testator;
To the Reverend John Addison Cam, rector of Hadstock, testators copy of the Gardeners Dictionary;
To 10 poor widows of good character and attendance at established church of Great Staughton, 5 guineas;
To son, the Reverend John Martyn Longmire all residue of property
