    i) Peter Davis of Wells, Somerset, esquire ii) Edward Wadman of Wingfield, Wiltshire, gentleman, nephew and godson of Edward Wadman, late of Wingfield, Wiltshire, gentleman, deceased. John Wadman of Imber, Wiltshire, esquire, another nephew of Edward Wadman, deceased. iii) William Pynsent of Wingfield, Wiltshire, esquire James Townsend of Great Cheverill, Wiltshire, esquire Recites: Will of Edward Wadman, dated 29 December 1718, to cousin, Richard Comes of Wells, Somerset, esquire (since deceased), all property in Wingfield, Wiltshire, on trust to convey to Edward Wadman, testator’s nephew and godson, for life and then to his heirs successively in tail; failing such issue, to John Wadman, his nephew and his sons; failing such issue, to nieces, Mary Slade, Sarah Comes and Susannah Davis in equal shares. On death of Richard Comes legal estate vested in i) now: i) Conveys to iii) • All lands and tenements late of Edward Wadman, deceased in Wingfield, Wiltshire according to terms of above will Edward Wadman has power to appoint premises to use of any woman he may marry, for her life, for her jointure Signed: i) Witnesses: John Bickham Frances Skurray Endorsement: 12, 13.
