    to cousin, the Reverend Mr Thomas Martyn, and wife, 20 guineas each to Mrs Martyn, one of my five guinea pieces to their son, John King Martyn, 10 guineas to cousin, the Reverend Mr John King, and wife, 20 guineas each to the Reverend Mr Daniel Longmire, 20 guineas to his son, John Longmire, 10 guineas and my ten guinea piece to Miss Mary Eulalia Longmire, 20 guineas with my gold watch with the gold chain and seal and also my other watch chain set with mock stones to the Reverend Mr Claudius Martyn, 2 guineas to his mother, Mrs Martyn, 2 guineas to Thomas Martyn, son of John Martyn, 10 guineas and £100 to be paid at expiration of his apprenticeship to Frances Laetitia Weldale, £400 on reaching 21, with accrued interest, but if she dies before 21, then to Mary Eulalia Longmire, Thomas Martyn and Francis and John Weldale, brothers of Frances Weldale, in equal shares; and £20 to buy her mourning to sister in law, Mrs Mary Cawne, 2 guineas to buy her a ring to Misses Elizabeth Pranckard and Laetitia Pranckard, 10 guineas each to Francis Weldale and John Weldale, £20 each to their father and mother, John and Susannah Weldale, 2 guineas each to Mr Charles Waller, Mr John Mason and Mr Richard Lovesey 10 guineas each to Mrs Cotchet, 5 guineas to each of servant maids that have served 1 year preceeding my death, £10 over and above their wages and 3 guineas to buy them mourning to the Reverend Mr Thomas Martyn, silver cup and cover to Mrs Longmire, 3 silver tea canisters and chest in which they are usually kept, my longest pearl necklace, picture of my late husband which I used to wear with my watch, my gold ring with King Charles’ picture, my heart diamond ring and the ring with my late uncle and aunt King’s hair set therein and crowed with diamonds, my 2 lockets set with pearl and also the looking glass hanging over the table in my parlour to the Reverend Mr King, large silver waiter, silver chafing dish, 12 knives and forks with silver handles, 6 large silver spoons marked with the letter D, silver tray with snuffers marked with the letters F.D., and ring having the late Dr King’s (of Stamford) hair therein and set with two small diamonds at each end to Mrs King, my silver coffee pot, silver flat candlestick and snuffers belonging thereto, small silver tea candlesticks, silver strainer, silver spout and silver scoop and enamelled china table dishes and 2 dozen china plates to Miss Mary Eulalia Longmire, 4 silver candlesticks and snuffer belonging to them, silver half pint mug, emerald ring set with 2 diamonds at each end and an amethyst and small diamond ring set like a rose in gold to Thomas Martyn, silver tankard and 2 mourning rings that I had for his late grandfather, Dr Martyn, and his late great grandfather, Dr King to Frances Laetitia Weldale, three silver castors, silver waiter, ring with my father’s hair and letters I.D. under the crystal in it with 3 small diamonds at each end, the ring set with 1 diamond, the amethyst ring set with 2 table diamonds, the ring having my mother’s hair and set with 4 diamonds on each side, the ring having my sister’s hair with small diamonds at each end, my sleeve buttons set in gold with letters M.D. on one and P.L. on the other to Mrs Ann Page, Bible with name of Elizabeth Colemore writ in it to the Reverend Mr Thomas Martyn, all the rest of my printed books, all my family pictures, my bureau and bookcase with the glass doors and the worked purse with the silver piece of eight and all silver and other medals therein to Frances Laetitia Weldale, 1 pair of sheets marked with the letters W.D. to Mary Eulalia Longmire and Frances Laetitia Weldale, all rest of my household linen in equal shares to Frances Laetitia Weldale, all my wearing apparel and laces except such as executors see fit to give to both or either of my servants, all my silver and other plate, china and pictures, my eight day clock and the case thereto, the corner cupboard in the hall, the Turkey worked carpet, the weather glass, all my Tea boards, my little tea chest, my easy chair of my mother’s work, my firescreen of my sister’s work in tentstitch, the wardrobe in the back garrett having 4 drawers thereto, the glass over the chimney in the parlour, the large looking glass and two chimney glasses in my sleeping room and all my dressing glasses, the four chairs and the Needlework hanging in my best room and also such other parts of my goods and furniture as my executors see fit. All rest of household goods to be sold and proceeds to Frances Laetitia Weldale on reaching 21. to Mrs Elizabeth Longmire for life, all my property in Lavendon, Cold Brayfield and Clifton Reynes, Buckinghamshire, and after her death, to her daughter, Mary Eulalia Longmire to Elizabeth Longmire and Mrs Margaret King, Staughton Wickey Farm in Little Staughton and Pertenhall, held on lease from President and Scholars of Corpus Christi College, Oxford, in trust to sell and put proceeds to pay debt of £400 due to mortgage of estate in Lavendon, Cold Brayfield and Clifton Reynes. All remainder of property to Mary Eulalia Longmire and Frances Laetitia Weldale in equal shares. Authorises Mrs Margaret King to manage fortune of Frances Laetitia Weldale until of age.
