i) William Palmer of Bourton in the Water, Gloucestershire, grocer, surviving executor of will of John Palmer, late of Olney, Buckinghamshire, draper, deceased.
ii) Mary Andrews of Olney, widow, sister and sole executrix of will of Thomas Palmer, late of Olney, draper deceased. Thomas Palmer and William Palmer were joint executors and residuary legatees of will of John Palmer, deceased.
iii) Frances Litchfield of Snelson, Lavendon, Buckinghamshire, widow, relict and sole executrix of will of William Litchfield, late of Snelson grazier, also deceased.
iv) Letitia Battisson of Bedford, widow.

Death of John Palmer in 1763. Will dated 31 December 1762, appoints sons, William and Thomas, joint executors and residuary legatees.
Will proved in Prorogative Court of Canterbury. Agreed that above mortgage, see X363/1/180, should become some property of Thomas Palmer and agreement that William should joint with Thomas in appointing trustee for term of years in favour of Thomas, but death of Thomas before this accomplished, appointing Mary Andrews, his sole executrix in will dated 24 June 1768.
Death of William Litchfield. Will, dated 24 October 1757, appoints son, William Hopkins Litchfield, and William Lawrence, junior executors. William Litchfield survived William Lawrence. William Hopkins Litchfield borrowed from Mary Andrews £100 with mortgage of estate as security for repayment in Memorandum dated 26 December 1770.
Death of William Hopkins Litchfield, appointing Frances Litchfield as sole executrix and residuary legatee.
Annuitants, Elizabeth Litchfield and Mary Foster, both now dead.
£400 due to John Palmer and Mary Andrews by William Litchfield and William Hopkins Litchfield; all interest duly paid by iv) to Mary Andrews with agreement of William Palmer and Frances Litchfield
