George Powers will with the consent of Hugh Powers and Mr Hooper pay F.Safford £2,500 for his interest in Ham Farm Brickfield and to release him from all liability on the £3,000 loan on the Security of the Lease. Until Safford is paid management of the Company to be in the hands of Francis Cooper. G.Powers to pay 5% on £2,500 from the time money was put into Ham Farm Brickfield, less money already received
