NB NOT deposited here) b) Messuage or dwelling house called Ham Farm House with outbuildings c) Cottages and Tenements (Nos 68-81 except shops and premises No 76 & Hop Oast marked 'O' on Plan) in the Brents in the Parish of Preston next Faversham with the Gardens etc d) Permission to dig, work and extract from a) brick earth up to 13 feet; land to be left at a regular uniform level AND to make, manufacture and burn brick earth into bricks AND to sell them AND to build engines, machinery, kilns, clamps, sheds etc AND to use land for hack & drying grounds e) Liberty along with other tenants etc to use Tramway Constructed by the late William Hall Esquire leading through Ham Marshes to Care Creek f) Exclusive use of four berths for barges Nos 1) & 2) at the Wharf, made by Elizabeth Shepherd Hall EXCEPT Surface soil to level of 15" can be removed temporarily and other earth not specifically authorised AND all fences.
