1) Great Northern Railway (Landlords) 2) George Powers of Biggleswade, Miller (Tenant) piece of land, York Road, Kings Cross, Middlesex abutting N Regents Canal S Albion Public House W Other property of 1) E York Road (Dimensions given and marked on a Plan - see HF41/8/2/15) AND the Mill etc erected upon it Covenant to continue to use premises as a Miller & to convey goods by the Railway of the Company BUT tenant can use the Regents Canal Clause reserving part of the land not to be built on in case Company want to build 2nd Tunnel Consideration £151 per annum Rent; the expense the tenant has seen in erecting the Steam Mill, building and Machinery is taken into account
