Albion Flour Mills, built 1869; report includes a room by room description of the fittings Plant now being fitted with Triturating Rollers instead of stone ("as in Germany and America.") However much of the rest of the plant will become obsolete in a few years. Milling Trade very depressed -suggests leasing it so can pay Mortgagees Interest and then sell in better times.
