Is pleased Kaye has found a suitable house. Describes his past trips to the Keswick area. Recommends Sir Henry Wilson's diaries 'terrible reading, indeed, but all true, every word. There is not a word he says which I do not endorse'. Also recommends a biography of W.H. Hudson. Includes an extract from his diary when he was in Keswick in April 1893.
