    Hopes copies of the sermons have reached Kaye safely. 'I am sure any O.B. of your time would be glad to have a copy to keep'. 'Printing is a derperate business now, and I feel the strain of the worry of it' Refers to 'The High and Hrammar Schools are "coming inside" under the Board' Relates how the decision was made - Miss Collie made up her mind easily; Mr Carter was much more coy. Reference to increase in salaries for teachers, and expenditure of the Schools generally. Mentions Powell, and his opinion of him. Reference to Noel [?], who had visited. 'He had some experiences and appreciates them. Of course he was horribly in the way in the dug out and his captain once got irritated and told him to get outside and stop something, and he'd read the service over him with pleasure! Now he's at Staines very slowly healing but quite happy...'
