Scope and Content
Gives and bequeaths to son-on-law Horace Benjamin Palmer the business of a House Agent and Rent Collector now carried on by testator at 1 Cowper Street, Luton, subject to his paying to testator's wife an annuity of £104 p.a. in weekly instalments for life from the date of testator's decease.
Devises and bequeaths remainder of estate to his wife.
Appoints his wife sole executrix.
