Trees on college side of lane are so ornamental that [Culling] Smith would like to retain them. They are worth the value set on all the trees. He will therefore take Whitbread's general bond of indemnity against all claims, or have a new valuation. Note: WW sees no reason for the claim for a new valuation. The sum of £61.8.6 is the value set on the trees.
