Precept 16 dated 17th September 1940 ordering the Ruling Committee of the Bedford Rural District Council of Wilstead to pay the sum of £8 to the Westminster Bank, Bedford branch, acting as the Treasurer for the Parish, out of the Poor Rate to meet Parish Council expenses, signed by the presiding Chairman, Mr S T Newman, and Member of the Parish Council, Mr T G Tuffnell. No countersignatory by the Parish Clerk.
