Precept 15 dated 7th March 1939 ordering the Ruling Committee of the Bedford Rural District Council of Wilstead to pay the sum of £8 to the Westminster Bank, Bedford branch, acting as the Treasurer for the Parish, out of the Poor Rate to meet Parish Council expenses, signed by the presiding Chairman, Mr S T Newman, Members of the Parish Council, Mr Charles Boston and Mr R Hebbes and countersigned by the Parish Clerk, Mr Hubert W Porter.
