Precept 12 dated 11th March 1930 ordering the Ruling Committee of the Bedford Rural District Council of Wilstead to pay the sum of £20 to Mr F G Frost of the Westminster Bank, Bedford branch, acting as the Treasurer for the Parish, out of the Poor Rate to meet Parish Council expenses, signed by the presiding Chairman, Mr R L Whitworth, Members of the Parish Council, Mr S T Newman and Mr Hubert W Porter and countersigned by the acting Parish Clerk, Mr R L Whitworth.
