    Recites: Lease and Release 27 and 28 June 1718 (i) Right Honourable Richard late Lord Baron of Gowran (father of John Lord Baron Gowran and of Richard Fitzpatrick) (ii) Right Honourable Ann Baroness Dowager of Gowran then called Ann Robinson of Farmingwoods, Northamptonshire, spinster, Mathew Johnson of the Middle Temple esquire, John Forster of Snow Hill, London, gentleman (iii) Honourable Richard Warren esquire, since deceased, Henry Barker esquire (iv) Right Honourable Richard Lord Viscount Fitzwilliam, Sir James Robinson, baronet (ii) convey to (iii) -manor, advowson and premises in Grafton Underwood, Weldon, Brigstock and the Forest of Rockingham, Northamptonshire to use of (i) remainder to use of Ann Robinson for her jointure, remainder to (iii) for 300 years on trusts, remainder entailed on issue of (i) £20,000 to be laid out in purchase of lands to enure on same trusts said term of 300 years for raising portions for younger children Recites: Marriage Settlement same date as above settlement of Irish estates term of 500 years was limited to Richard Lord Viscount Fitzwilliam, Sir John Stanley baronet, Sir James Robinson and Henry Barker for maintenance of children of the marriage until aforesaid portions payable whereas: Richard late Baron Gowran died 1727 leaving issue only John Lord Baron Gowran and Richard Fitzpatrick said Richard Fitzpatrick has attained 21 years and is entitled to £2,000 as his portion and there is payable to him by virtue of the settlement of the Irish estates for his maintenance from the death of his father until his portion became payable £1,600 now: said Richard Fitzpatrick declares that he has received of John Lord Baron Gowran said £2,000 and £1,600 and discharges the trustees of the estate therefrom Witnesses: Thomas Wall, Philadelphia Taylor, Michael Mayo
