    Recites: Marriage Settlement 28 June 1718 Marriage of Right Honourable Richard late Baron of Gowran and Ann now Baroness Gowran; Lord Gowran assigned to Honourable Richard Warring late of St James, Westminster, Middlesex esquire (since deceased) and said Henry Barker -£20,000 and securities for the same to be laid out in the purchase of lands within 120 miles of London to be settled to use of Richard for life, then to Ann for life and then in tail male Richard received a considerable part of the £20,000 and applied the same to his own use and died 9 June 1727 without having made purchase. Administration granted by Prerogative Court of Canterbury to Ann, who laid out £9,000 to purchase Sir Rowland Winn's 3/8 parts of certain manors and lands near Liveden in Northamptonshire. Only issue said John Lord Gowran and Richard Fitzpatrick Recites: Lease and Release 27 and 28 June 1732 i) Ann Baroness of Gowran ii) Richard Warring, Henry Barker iii) John Lord Baron of Gowran, Richard Fitzpatrick -said 3/8 parts of Northamptonshire premises conveyed by i) to ii) to use of i) for life and then to John Lord Gowran or in default, to Richard Fitzpatrick £11,000 remainder of the said £20,000 not yet laid out in purchase Now: consideration: £11,000 paid to i) by Anne Baroness Dowager Gowran i) conveys to ii) -mansion house called Ampthill Great Park in occupation of i) -park called Ampthill Great Park -Woolman's Meadow in Ampthill in occupation of i) -lands belonging, viz: the Park Field, Snaggs Close, Reeds Over Ground, Reeds Lower Ground, the Lawn, Bushy Close, Old Meadow, Winwright's Wood, Neels Little Ground, Neels Great Ground, Rough Meadow and Smooth Meadow, in occupation of i), Christopher Bennell, Laurence Crisps, John Wheeler, John Sletcher and William Sheffield -Little Cow Close, Great Cow Close, the Mill Close and the Pightle or so much thereof as is freehold, in Millbrook in occupation of John Circuit to ii) to use of Ann Baroness Dowager Gowran for life, then to use of i) in tail male, in default to Richard Fitz Patrick in tail male, in default to heirs of i) [not executed]
