Will - cottages in Ampthill being a copyhold estate, all property arising from Joseph Brown, miller of Luton as stated in his will and every species of property belonging to testator after payment of debts and legacy of £30 to Joseph Brown of Tooley Street, dyer and £6 to Elizabeth Simpkins, also watch and wearing apparel to William Brown apprentice to said Joseph Brown, aforesaid property to be converted into money to be equally divided between 3 sisters Ruth, Ann and Mary
