    Recites: Lease and Release 11 and 12 October last [1804] (i) John Brown of Ampthill (ii) Samuel May of Ampthill, draper and grocer, Bedwell Yates and Company, grocers, St John Street, West Smithfield, London (iii) all such other creditors of said John Brown as are mentioned in schedule thereinunder written who should sign and seal those presents before 20 December then next ensuing (i) released to (ii) -premises including those mentioned below subject to mortgage and trusts hereinafter mentioned whereas: i) auctioned premises pursuant to trusts named in said release and iii) was highest bidder and was declared purchaser at £70 iii) in consideration of love and affection for ii) and his wife Ann, sister of iii) and also for John Brown junior, son of ii) has requested i) and ii) to convey premises to iii) on trusts Now: consideration said £70 -4 messuages now divided into several tenements in Woburn Street in Ampthill in occupation of Edward Billington, Ann Haines, Thomas Haines, Thomas Money, John Woodward, Samuel Stonbridge and William Frost to iii) to use of John Brown junior in trust to permit ii) and wife Ann to take profits from the same for term of life Witnesses: Joseph Brown; William Greene; Edward Josiah White, clerk to Messrs Bedwell; William Robinson, Charterhouse Square
