John Browning deceased, held at 18s..10d per annum -messuage and 18 acres [full description of premises as in RO28/2] -12½ acres arable -½ acre arable Recites: RO28/2 by which John Browning surrendered the premises to the use of his will, but he did not dispose of the same by any will Recites: Letter of Attorney 25 April 1783 (i) Katherine Edwards of Nanhoron, Carmarthen [sic] widow and heir at law of John Browning esquire deceased (ii) John Paddon of Ampthill, gentleman, Edward Platt of Lidlington, gentleman for admission to said premises and then to surrender the same to the uses of RO28/3 Now: Catherine Edwards is admitted by attorney Edward Platt rent: 18s..10d fine: £2..16..6 Catherine Edwards by said attorney surrenders premises to use of Richard Griffith of Grays Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, heir at law of Roger Griffith late of Milbourn Street, Middlesex, surviving trustee of RO28/3, who is admitted to hold subject to the trusts of the said settlement Rent and fine as above
