    Recites: RO27/4 Recites: Indenture 15 August 1732 (i) Charles Lord Bruce, Honourable Robert Bruce esquire, only son and heir apparent of said Lord Bruce (ii) John Ivory Talbot of Laycock, Wiltshire esquire (iii) George Dashwood (iv) Thomas Dashwood reciting: Letters Patent 27 March 29 Charles II [1677] granting Robert late Earl of Aylesbury leasehold premises hereinafter mentioned for 99 years at 13s..4d per annum which became vested in (ii) in trust for (i) for better securing said £10,000 (ii) at request of (i) and nomination of (iii) assigned to (iv) -premises granted by said Letters Patent for residue of term of 99 years in trust for (iii) subject to redemption whereas: ii) purchased said premises (except advowson of Church of Maulden) of said Charles Bruce Recites: RO27/5 whereas: Thomas Dashwood is since dead having made a will and appointed George Dashwood sole executor, proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury whereas: ii) paid i) £10,200 on 30 September last in full discharge of all monies due Now: consideration: said £1,200 i) conveys to ii) -premises as in RO27/3 (omitting advowson of Maulden) further: i) assigns to ii) -manors of Steppingley, Newingham Abbey, Millbrook, Campton alias Camelton, Shefford and Ampthill -advowsons of the churches of Steppingley, Millbrook, Ampthill and Campton alias Camelton -office of bailiff of the Town of Dunstable to hold to ii) during the residue of term of 99 years granted by said recited Letters Patent Witnesses: Henry Webb servant to Mr Dashwood, John Stokes clerk to Mr Tregagle Copy attested 30 December 1803 by Joshua Wiles Burton and Christopher Haedy junior clerks to Messrs Gotobed, Brown and Gotobed, 15 Norfolk Street, Strand
