    Recites: RO27/1-3, RO27/5-6 Whereas: Thomas Osborne is since dead said £16,000 secured by RO27/3 is still due but all interest is paid said £12,000 secured by RO27/6 is still due but all interest is paid iii) has agreed to advance further sum of £12,000 Now: consideration: £12,000 paid to ii) by iii) at request of i) £4,000 paid to ii) by i) totalling £16,000 in full of money due to ii) by RO27/3 ii) at request of i) and nomination of iii) assign to iv) -manors of Howend and Dame Elling -mansion house and park called Houghton Park alias Dame Ellingsbury and sometimes called Ampthill Park and all other premises demised by RO27/3 for residue of term of 500 years in trust for iii) subject to redemption on payment at dining hall of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex of £24,000 with interest at 4% per annum viz: £480 on 14 October next, £24,480 on 14 April 1746 Free of incumbrances except RO27/4 Witnesses: Robert Butcher, Joseph Banks Copy attested 29 December 1803 by Joseph Wiles Burton and Christopher Haedy junior, clerks to Messrs Gotobed, Browns and Gotobed, 15 Norfolk Street, Strand
