    1) William Randall of Biggleswade, market gardener; Frederick Conder of Biggleswade, auctioneer; James Lauchlan Fraser of Kimberley Diamond Field, South Africa (Trustees of A.D. Fraser's Marriage Settlement) (Vendors). 2) Sarah Tustin Fraser (wife of 3). 3) Alexander Donald Fraser, Clerk in the Bank of England. 4) James Crouch of Bigglewade, draper (Trustee under the Will of James Taylor). 5) A.D. Fraser (again) (Purchaser). Recites the Will of James Taylor of Biggleswade (died 2 September 1855). Bequest to his wife of personal effects in the house. Real and Personal Estate to his brother Samuel, subject to £800 which should be raised and paid to James Crouch and Thomas Terry of Biggleswade as Trustees to pay the interest to Charlotte Randall (then Charlotte Taylor and wife of the Testator for Life and then to Sarah Tustin Fraser (then Taylor) when 21 for her own use absolutely. Will made 25 August 1855. Proved PCC 29 November 1855. Recites death of Thomas Terry on 7 September 1865. Recites £800 raised and paid to Crouch. Recites Will of Samuel Taylor (died 5 July 1875), all his Real and Personal Estate to Sarah Tustin Fraser when 21. Made 8 December 1864. Proved Northampton Registry 4 August 1875. Recites Marriage Settlement. 1) A.D. Fraser (marrying party). 2) Sarah Tustin Fraser (marrying party). 3) Trustees as parties 1) to this Deed. 30 August 1880. Piece of land with two Cottages on it near the Anchor Inn, Biggleswade with a paved court in front of the south, abuts west property of W. Ekins, abuts east property of N. Garner and joint use of pump and well on the yard adjoining this piece of land. Consideration £90 paid by Fraser to Trustees. Witness: A. Mulraney, Clerk to Hooper and Company. 17 July 1884.
