    She has spent a considerable amount of money advancing her five children that have married, she has lately therefore given her sixth child, Elizabeth Sarah Hooper all the furniture in the dwelling house, now occupied by the testator but not equal in value to her gifts to the other children. She therefore leaves Elizabeth Sarah all her ready money and household stores in the house at her death. Residue of Real and Personal Estate to Trustees for Sale of the Real Estate , her son in law William Robins Matthews and her son, Thomas James Hooper. Then to pay £50 each to the married children and then divide the rest between all six. Matthews and Thomas James Hooper to be the executors. Prepared by Thomas Hooper of Biggleswade. Made 1857.
